About Isaac Anderson
Isaac Anderson is a singer, guitarist and songwriter from Nottingham, UK. Drawing influence from a mix of pop, rock, soul and singer-songwriter, Isaac’s penchant for confessional storytelling and emotive vocals has awarded him an incredibly dedicated fanbase that spans the breadth of the globe.
His journey as a musician has been versatile to say the least - he was straight out of school at 18 and on the road with his very first band for two years straight; at 20 he was working every weekend as a wedding singer, racking up thousands of performance hours all over the UK and beyond. In 2019 he joined the session band of One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson as a guitarist and backing singer, appearing on national TV and playing in arenas around the world.
After years of experimenting in bands, Isaac’s solo career truly began in 2020, armed with a collection of songs written at the height of the first lockdown. A tentative few months of teasing these songs via Instagram Live sparked excitement online, and things started to move quickly.
By May 2021, before the release of any officially finished music, Isaac’s small collection of demos and live recordings had amassed an astounding combined 140,000 streams across YouTube and Spotify. His debut release Love In Conversation soon followed – a four-track acoustic EP which served as a natural continuation of these singer-songwriter beginnings.
2022 saw Isaac branch into the alt-pop world with his second EP, Fingers Crossed, which included singles Mess Me Up, Hanging Up and St Pancras – followed soon after by the release of Get Me Out Alive! - a playful take on social awkwardness, as well as Survived My Early Twenties, an introspective ballad about existentialism and one’s fear of the future. 2024 saw the release of pop-rock singles Don’t Go, No More Days Alone and This Could Be Paradise, catapulting Isaac’s streaming catalogue well into the multi-millions.
Isaac is well known for operating his career in true DIY fashion - producing/co-producing all of his own tracks and releasing 100% independently, (no label, funding or playlisting support) and even hiring venues directly for his headline shows – all with a determined view to maintain the relationship with his fanbase as directly and closely as possible.
Backed by a full band, Isaac’s live shows are revered for their energy and intimacy, awarding him sold out tours across Europe and support slots with bands such as Only The Poets and The Academic. Fresh on the back of his new EP, ‘Cold Feet & Fragile Soul’, Isaac returns to Europe for his biggest headline tour to date.
